PA2 Control App v1.0.4 Changes

* All tables now support a scroll bar and inertial scrolling
* Text fields appearing in popup dialogs now automatically gain focus

- individual graph components can be toggled on/off
- edges of graph are darkened to show regions excluded from the AutoEQ calculation
